India oilseed futures up on short-covering
MUMBAI, July 9 (Reuters) - Indian soybean and rapeseed futures opened higher on Wednesday, on short-covering after significant losses in the last two sessions, analysts said.
At 11:07 a.m, soybean August futures NSBQ8 on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange were up 0.85 percent at 2,640 rupees per 100 kg, after falling about 5 percent in the last two sessions.
The September rapeseed contract NRSU8 were at 661.80 rupees per 20 kg, up 0.40 percent after losing about 4 percent in last two sessions.
