India guar futures tad higher on fresh buying
MUMBAI, Oct 1 (Reuters) - Indian guar futures were trading higher on Wednesday on fresh buying, analysts said.
Stockists have started buying in the spot market after prices reached 1,620-rupee levels, about 20 percent lower since they touched this year's highest level on July 22.
At 11:15 a.m, November contract NGUX8 on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange was at 1,673 rupees per 100 kg, up 0.12 percent.
Analysts, however, said arrival pressure limited the gains.
New crop arrivals have started in Haryana and north Rajasthan, and likely to rise this week.
