NEW ISSUE-West Bengal Financial Corp selling bonds
MUMBAI, Nov 18 (Reuters) - West Bengal Financial Corp is selling 500 million rupees of bonds, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday.
It is selling 10-year bonds with a put/call option exercisable at the end of the ninth year and carrying a coupon rate of 8.60 percent, payable half-yearly.
Five arrangers have been mandated, including Real Growth Securities, AK Capital, Almondz, and SPA Merchant Bankers.
The issue is scheduled to close on Dec. 15, but could close earlier as almost all of the target collection has been completed. (Reporting by Jeanette Rodrigues; Editing by Sunil Nair)
