India says oilmin to discuss Sakhalin-3 with Putin
NEW DELHI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - India's oil minister, Murli Deora, will meet Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to discuss India's interest in the Sakhalin-3 project, an Indian government statement said on Wednesday.
The two leaders would also discuss the forming of a joint venture between Rosneft and the ONGC Videsh, the overseas arm of state-run Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), it said. (Reporting by Himangshu Watts; Editing by Mark Williams)
