India says called Pakistani envoy over Mumbai
NEW DELHI, Dec 1 (Reuters) - India's foreign ministry on Monday said it had called the Pakistani high commissioner in New Delhi and informed him the Mumbai attacks that killed 183 people were carried out by elements from Pakistan.
