TABLE-Reliance Sept crude imports up 4.5 pct to 1.28 mln bpd

 Nov 4 (Reuters) - Reliance Industries (RELI.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), owner of
the world's biggest refining complex, imported nearly 55,000
barrels per day (bpd) or 4.5 percent more crude in September
versus August, including the first ever purchase of Chinese
grade Penglai, shipping data from sources showed.
 Reliance imported about 1.279 million bpd crude in
September, up from about 1.224 million bpd the month before and
around 573,770 bpd a year ago, according to the data supplied
to Reuters by trade sources. [ID:nDEL501310]
