NEW DELHI, Jan 12 (Reuters) - India's industrial output INIP=ECI rose 2.4 percent in November from a year earlier, rebounding from the previous month's revised decline of 0.3 percent, data showed on Monday.

The figure was above a forecast for an annual decline of 1 percent in a Reuters poll of economists.

Industrial output rose 8.1 percent in the 2007/08 (April-March) fiscal year, compared with 11.6 percent in 2006/07. [ID:nBMA002157] ------------------------------------------------------------
