Pakistan to have 5.76 mln tonnes of rice for export
ISLAMABAD, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Pakistan will have a surplus of 5.76 million tonnes of rice for export this year, a cabinet minister said on Wednesday.
"We have had a very good rice crop last year and we are expecting a very good crop this year as well," Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira told a news conference after a cabinet meeting.
