Nov 4 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Afghanistan at 1100 GMT on Wednesday.
HELMAND - An Afghan policeman shot dead five British soldiers at a checkpoint in Afghanistan's southern province of Helmand on Tuesday, the British defence ministry said on Wednesday. The International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan said another six were wounded, along with two Afghan police.
KUNDUZ - Afghan soldiers killed seven insurgents, four of them foreigners, in an operation in northern Kunduz province, the Afghan defence ministry said on Wednesday.
