MUMBAI, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Real-estate firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PARV.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it will invest 1.2 billion rupees to set up a mall project at Sonepat, Haryana.

This includes the cost of the plot -- acquired from Taneja Developers -- and the construction of the shopping mall, multiplex and food courts, spread over 370,000 sq ft.

The project, to be completed in 30 months, is to be funded out of internal accruals, the company said.

Parsvnath is currently developing an integrated township, a group housing project, and another shopping mall at Sonepat.
