Timex Group to sell precision engg unit to group firm
MUMBAI, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Timex Group India Ltd (TIMX.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday it has decided to sell its precision engineering division at a fair value to another group firm.
The decision on the sale was taken at a board meeting on August 23, it said in a statement.
