 Asia's economic slowdown this year will be more severe than
previously thought as the global financial crisis crimps
exports but inflation should ease to give policymakers some
room to support growth, Reuters polls show.
 The polls cover 12 Asian economies, excluding Japan, and
were conducted last week.
