Scots Nutini tops British album charts
LONDON (Reuters) - Scottish singer songwriter Paolo Nutini went straight to the top of the British album charts with his second album "Sunny Side Up", the Official Charts Company said on Sunday.
It was all change at the top with another new entrant R&B singer Daniel Merriweather's "Love and War" taking number two.
U.S. Rapper Eminem was forced to make way, dropping two places to number three with "Relapse".
It was the singer's first studio album for more than four years.
Former "Britain's Got Talent" winner Paul Potts was another new entrant at number five with "Passione".
In the singles charts American hip hop group Black Eyed Peas moved up a place to number one with "Boom Boom Pow".
Dropping one place to number two was rapper Dizzee Rascal.
His "Bonkers" was the fastest-selling single of the year.
