Georgia forex reserves down to $2.858 bln as of Oct 1 - c.bank

TBILISI, Oct 7 (Reuters) - Georgia’s foreign exchange reserves declined to $2.858 billion as of Oct. 1 from $2.889 billion a month earlier, the central bank said on Friday.

The central bank sold $200 million on the foreign exchange market to support the lari currency and bought $278.35 million.
