Maytas Infra seek CDR worth 6 bln rupees
MUMBAI (Reuters) - Builder Maytas Infra Ltd said on Thursday it asked for a corporate debt restructuring package worth 6 billion rupees from its lenders including State Bank of India and ICICI Bank.
Maytas, linked to the founders of fraud-hit Satyam Computer, said an aggregate amount of 3 billion rupees would be released immediately by the lenders with the rest available within three months, based on the firm's performance.
