          American Gap and Banana Republic stores and off 12
          percent at Old Navy stores. At stores overseas,
          same-store sales fell 7 percent.

          while pants and activewear were weakest. Among the
          women's categories, shorts, jeans and accessories
          were strongest, while knit tops and graphic
T-shirts

$44.8 mln     Same-store sales at its namesake stores fell 2.9
          percent, while they increased 16.5 percent at its
          Torrid plus-size chain.

$142.0 mln     April same-store sales fell 19 percent at the
Chico's
                  chain and 11 percent at the White
House/Black Market
          chain. Soma Intimates same-store sales rose.

          traffic, more seasonal weather and the arrival of

          company's new summer collections, it said.

         April.

          Comps were strongest in Texas, New England and
          the mid-Atlantic region and weakest in
          the desert southwest, southern California, Florida
          and the Rocky Mountain region

$128.7 mln     The comps reflect only the Children's Place
brand
          as the company decided to exit its Disney
          Store North America business.
