Innogenetics shares suspended on Euronext Brussels
BRUSSELS, July 9 (Reuters) - Trading in shares of Belgian biotech company Innogenetics (INNX.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) were suspended before the market opened on Wednesday pending information on the company, the Belgian financial markets regulator CBFA said.
Innogenetics, which develops disease diagnosis and genetic testing as well as therapeutic vaccines, has been subject to rival takeover offers from Belgian drugmaker Solvay (SOLB.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) and U.S. disease diagnosis firm Gen-Probe Inc (GPRO.O: Quote, Profile, Research).
