* Sees Q4 revenue of $209 million to $228 million
* Sees Q4 GAAP earnings per share 34 cents to 44 cents
* Sees Q4 non-GAAP EPS 45 cents to 51 cents
* Reuters Estimates Q4 GAAP EPS view 40 cents, non-GAAP EPS view 48 cents, revenue view $218.5 million
