Brazil fiscal performance strong - Treasury Secy

NEW YORK, March 7 (Reuters) - Brazil's strong fiscal performance has been supporting the country's economic fundamentals even as international markets deteriorate, Treasury Secretary Arno Augustin said on Friday.
