RLPC-Abitibi-Consolidated prices $413 mln notes

NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - Abitibi-Consolidated, a unit of AbitibiBowater Inc(ABH.N: Quote, Profile, Research) (ABH.TO: Quote, Profile, Research), on Wednesday priced $413 million of high-yield notes after trimming the issue from an original $415 million, investor sources said.

The senior secured notes were priced to yield 13.75 percent. Led by Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, the deal was originally expected to yield in the 13.75 to 14 percent range.
