New Issue-Goldman Sachs adds $1 bln to notes
May 27 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) added $1 billion to its existing 7.5 percent senior global notes due in 2019 on Wednesday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The issue is not guaranteed under the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp's temporary liquidity guarantee program.
The notes were originally priced on Jan. 29, 2009. The total amount outstanding on the notes is now $3 billion.
Goldman Sachs was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale.
