HEADLINE STOCKS-U.S. stocks to watch on May 29

 NEW YORK, May 29 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Friday:
 SEALED AIR CORP (SEE.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of Sealed Air Corp (SEE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) fell 1.9 percent to
$19.73 after Goldman Sachs downgraded the stock of the
packaging products maker to "sell" from "neutral," saying it
expects the packaging sector to lag the market when the economy

 ORACLE CORP (ORCL.O: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Broadpoint AmTech started shares of the software maker with
a "buy" rating and a price target of $23. Oracle's shares rose
1.2 percent to $19.43.
 NEWS CORP (NWSA.O: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of News Corp (NWSA.O: Quote, Profile, Research) rose 1.4 percent to $9.65. JP
Morgan upgraded the stock to "overweight" from "neutral" and
raised its price target on the shares to $12 from $9.
 JP Morgan said the negative value the market is assigning
to several of the media conglomerate's units is not justified
given the positive cash flow they are expected to generate.
 OFFICE DEPOT INC (ODP.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of Office Depot (ODP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) rose 6.2 percent to $4.65
after JP Morgan raised its rating on the office supplier to
"overweight" from "neutral," citing a moderately better
economic outlook. The analysts raised their price target on the

 YINGLI GREEN ENERGY (YGE.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares in Yingli Green Energy YGE.0 rose 5.6 percent to
$12.61 after Barclays raised its price target on the stock to
$15 from $12. The analysts have an "overweight" rating on the
stock.
 LEXMARK INTERNATIONAL INC (LXK.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of Lexmark International (LXK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) rose 7.9 percent to
$16.43 after Barclays raised the laser printer maker to "equal
weight" from "underweight" on Friday.
 DELL INC (DELL.O: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of world No. 2 PC maker Dell Inc (DELL.O: Quote, Profile, Research) rose 0.2
percent to $11.50 on Friday, the day after its quarterly profit
narrowly beat expectations even as the global economy slump
hurt technology spending.

 MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of Morgan Stanley rose 2.2 percent to $30.08 before
after Fox-Pitt raised its share price target and earnings
estimates on the bank.

 TIFFANY & CO (TIF.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of upscale retailer Tiffany & Co fell 1.6 percent to
$27.66 after it posted a lower-than-expected quarterly profit
as shoppers curbed spending on jewelry, but the company kept
its full-year forecast.

 J CREW GROUP INC (JCG.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Shares of J Crew surged 24.7 percent to $25.51 after the
upscale apparel retailer's profit surpassed analyst
expectations and it forecast a surprise second-quarter profit.
