STMicro denies media reports of management changes

SAN FRANCISCO, March 4 (Reuters) - European chipmaker STMicroelectronics (STM.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday that speculation in media reports of possible changes in its top levels of management are "without foundation."

The company did not specify in its statement where the reports appeared.

"Following the speculations that have appeared in the media concerning possible changes in the highest levels of the top management of STMicroelectronics, the Supervisory board of the company states that these are without foundation," the company said.
