Pomeroy IT Solutions settles lawsuit with former CEO

March 14 (Reuters) - Pomeroy IT Solutions Inc (PMRY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said it agreed to settle a lawsuit filed by former Chief Executive Stephen Pomeroy and make a monetary payment to him to dismiss all complaints and release claims among all parties.

The company did not disclose details of the settlement.

The company, which had fired Stephen Pomeroy in July, said the former CEO had filed a suit in a Kentucky court in August last year against it and several others. (Reporting by Avishek Mishra in Bangalore; Editing by Gopakumar Warrier)
