MUMBAI, July 18 (Reuters) - India's central bank said on Friday it will auction the 8.24 percent federal bond maturing in 2018 for 60 billion rupees ($1.4 billion) via a price based auction on July 24. ($1 = 42.8 rupees) (Reporting by Anurag Joshi; Editing by Charlotte Cooper)
