MUMBAI, July 9 (Reuters) - KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd (KPIT.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday it has bought the mechanical design services of Harita TVS Technologies for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition would add revenues of 150 million rupees, the KPIT said in a statement. (Reporting by Kaustav Roy; Editing by Harish Nambiar)
