Parsvnath says forms JV with Spanish firm
MUMBAI, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PARV.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) has formed a joint venture with Constructora San Jose of Spain, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
Constructura San Jose, a subsidiary of Grupo San Jose is a leading infrastructure development company of Spain.
The joint venture company has qualified to bid for an upcoming project to build an elevated expressway at a contract value of 12.2 billion rupees, it added.
