Embassy bomb has hallmarks of spy agency-Afghan govt
KABUL, July 8 (Reuters) - The bombing of the Indian embassy in Kabul has the hallmarks of a particular intelligence agency that has a record of attacks in Afghanistan, a government spokesman said on Tuesday.
"Everything has the hallmarks of a particular intelligence agency that has conducted terror attacks in Afghanistan in the past," Humayun Hamidzada told a new conference a day after an attack which killed 41 people.
"I am not going to name it. I think it is pretty obvious," he said. (Editing by Jerry Norton)
