LONDON, May 13 (Reuters) - Shares in Misys (MSY.L: Quote, Profile, Research) rose over 6 percent against a downbeat UK market on Tuesday, as traders pointed to renewed market talk of a bid for the British software company.

Misys declined to comment.

Traders said both Swiss computer software supplier Temenos Group AG (TEMN.S: Quote, Profile, Research) and Indian banking software maker i-flex Solutions (IFLX.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) are being linked with a move for Misys. Temenos share were 1.3 percent higher and i-flex closed up 7.9 percent.

Temenos was not immediately available for comment.

At 1229 GMT, Misys shares climbed 6.6 percent to 178.75 pence.

Misys shares gained over 6 percent last Wednesday on vague talk of a 210-220 pence per share bid.
