Excessive moves in forex not good: EU's Regling

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Excessive movements in foreign exchange rates are unwelcome and the European Union executive is vigilant on the matter, the top civil servant in the European Commission's monetary affairs department said.

"Excessive exchange rate volatility is not good. We are permanently vigilant," Klaus Regling told reporters on Monday.
