KLA-Tencor shrs drop 8 pct after downgrade-report

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Shares of semiconductor equipment maker KLA-Tencor Corp (KLAC.O: Quote, Profile, Research) fell 8 percent on Wednesday after brokerage firm Oppenheimer downgraded its shares, according to a report on The Fly on the Wall Web site.

Shares of KLA fell $3.50 to $38.43 on Nasdaq after the downgrade.
