Saks down after Lazard downgrades to "sell"

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Saks Inc (SKS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) fell 4.2 percent to $5.50 in premarket trading on Wednesday, after Lazard downgraded the luxury retailer to "sell."
