Cadila Health gets US nod for bromocriptine mesylate
MUMBAI, Aug 1 (Reuters) - Drug maker Cadila Healthcare Ltd (CADI.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday it received the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval for its generic bromocriptine mesylate capsules.
The drug, used to treat problems with menstrual period and infertility in women, had sales of $11.4 million in 2007, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Bharghavi Nagaraju; Editing by Ramya Venugopal)
