Founders raise stake in Man Inds by 1 pct to 45 pct

MUMBAI, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Steel pipes maker Man Industries Ltd (MIND.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday, its founders have acquired 1 percent stake in the company thus raising their total holdings in the company to 45 percent.

Shares in the company were trading at 70.80 rupees up 1.8 percent in the Mumbai market. (Reporting by Manoj Dharra; Editing by Ramya Venugopal)
