Quintegra Solutions buys PA Corp for $49 mln
MUMBAI (Reuters) - Quintegra Solutions Ltd said on Thursday it bought U.S.-based PA Corp for $49 million.
The company expected revenues in excess of $100 million and profit in excess of $13 million for the year to March 2008 with the acquisition, it said in a statement.
