India win toss and bowl against West Indies in 4th ODI
GROS ISLET, St.Lucia (Reuters) - India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and chose to bowl in the fourth and final one day international against West Indies on Sunday.
Both sides named unchanged line-ups with India leading the series 2-1.
The start of the match was delayed due to a wet outfield.
