REUTERS - Factbox on the second Ashes test between England and Australia starting at Lord's in London on Thursday.

VENUE

Lord's appears to inspire visiting teams more than England, who have not won an Ashes test at the spiritual home of cricket since 1934. Capacity: 28,000.

HEAD TO HEAD

The teams have played 64 Ashes series. Australia have won 31, England 28 and five have been drawn. Overall in 317 tests, Australia have won 131, England 97 and 89 have been drawn, including the first test in the current series which ended in Cardiff on Sunday.
