PRAGUE, May 15 (Reuters) - Telefonica 02 Czech Republic (SPTTsp.PR: Quote, Profile, Research)(TEF.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) sold part of its real estate portfolio to Bohemia Real Estate Investments for more than 4 billion crowns ($247.5 million), the company said on Thursday.

The telecoms firm said it had sold a mix of administrative and technology buildings located throughout the Czech Republic amounting to 632,000 square metres.

"Buildings with strategic interest for the company or with high occupancy will stay in Telefonica 02 ownership," the company said in a statement.

It said the financial impact of the sale would be reflected mainly in the second quarter of this year. (Reporting by Michael Winfrey, editing by Dave Zimmerman)
