Gazprom declares force-majeure on European exports
MOSCOW, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Russian gas export monopoly Gazprom (GAZP.MM: Quote, Profile, Research) has declared force-majeure on its exports to Europe, which have been interrupted for almost a week, Gazprom's deputy chief executive Alexander Medvedev said on Tuesday.
He also said Gazprom was still hoping to supply 100 million cubic metres of transit gas to Europe via Ukraine on Wednesday, the same amount it had planned to ship on Tuesday. (Reporting by Katya Golubkova, writing by Dmitry Zhdannikov; editing by Christian Lowe)
