EU agency recommends against Zentiva's Coxtral gel

LONDON, June 2 (Reuters) - The European Medicines Agency has reiterated its decision against recommending approval of Zentiva's ZNTVsp.PR Coxtral gel for relief of pain associated with sprains and acute traumatic tendinitis.

The London-based watchdog said on Monday that the decision confirms its February opinion recommending against refusal to grant marketing approval for the drug in Europe. (Reporting by Michael Kahn)
