Indian shares extend gains to 4 pct
MUMBAI, July 18 (Reuters) - Indian shares extended gains to more than 4 percent on Friday afternoon, led by ICICI Bank (ICBK.BO: Quote, Profile, Research) and Reliance Industries (RELI.BO: Quote, Profile, Research).
At 3:10 p.m. (0941 GMT), the 30-share BSE index was up 4.1 percent, or 537.50 points, at 13,649.35, with 24 components rising.
