Indian shares extend losses to 2 pct
MUMBAI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Indian shares extended losses to 2 percent on Thursday afternoon, as investors turned cautious after two consecutive volatile sessions and as a weak Asian market weighed down sentiment.
At 12:09 p.m. (0639 GMT), the 30-share BSE index .BSESN was down 1.84 percent at 15,618.63 points, with 26 components declining.
The 50-share NSE Index .NSEI was down 1.7 percent at 4,630.40. (Reporting by Ami Shah; Editing by Malini Menon)
