Indian shares turn positive; were down 2.2 pct
MUMBAI, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Indian shares turned positive on Thursday afternoon on bargain hunting after they fell as much as 2.2 percent earlier in the day.
At 2:43 p.m. (0913 GMT), the 30-share BSE index .BSESN was up 0.13 percent at 15,933.42 points, with 17 components gaining.
The 50-share NSE index .NSEI was up 0.2 percent at 4,721.10. (Reporting by Ami Shah)
