Wellpoint jumps on NextRx sale
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Wellpoint jumped 6.4 percent to $42.90 in premarket trade on Monday after the health insurer agreed to sell its NextRx prescription business to Express Scripts for $4.68 billion.
Shares of Express Scripts were unchanged.
