FACTBOX: Leading brewers in the world by volume

(Reuters) - Belgium brewer InBev made a $46.3 billion cash bid for Anheuser-Busch, the largest brewer in the United States, late Wednesday. If successful, the deal would push InBev, the brewer of Stella Artois, Beck's and Brahma, back into the number one position in world brewing.

Here is a list of the world's leading brewers by volume of beer sold in 2007 before taking into account any potential InBev-Anheuser deal.

* Volumes for the MillerCoors U.S. joint venture, approved by U.S. authorities last week, have been allocated 50-50 between SABMiller and Molson Coors, while Anheuser-Busch's figures exclude its 50.2 percent stake in Modelo.
