April 21 (Reuters) - Interpublic Group of Cos reported a marginal rise in quarterly revenue as the advertising company's sales in the United States grew despite a tough economic environment.
The company's net income available to shareholders rose to $21.5 million, or 5 cents per share, in the first quarter ended March 31, from $5.4 million, or 1 cent per share, a year earlier.
