Irish financial regulator Elderfield to step down

DUBLIN, April 9 (Reuters) - Ireland’s financial regulator and deputy central bank governor Matthew Elderfield is to step down later this year to return to his home in the United Kingdom, a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.

A spokeswoman for the cental bank declined to comment.
