 May 16 (Reuters) - Three months ended March 31.

(versus the same period a year earlier, in million rupees
unless stated)

 Net profit          415.9      vs    239.6

 Net sales          3,133.5     vs    2,750.1

 NOTE: HT Media HTML.BO is a newspaper publisher. A
Reuters poll of brokerages saw net profit at 290.5 million
rupees on net sales of 3,197.17 million rupees.
