Crisis jobs outlook worsens -- ILO

GENEVA, May 28 (Reuters) - The number of unemployed people worldwide is likely to rise to 210-239 million this year as the economic outlook continues to worsen in the financial crisis, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) said on Thursday.
With 45 million new entrants joining the labour market each year, 2009 will see the worst global performance on record in terms of employment creation, the United Nations agency said.
Global unemployment rose to 189 million in 2008 from 180 million in 2007, ILO figures show. Continued...
