US money mkt fund assets fall by $29.3 bln-iMoneyNet

NEW YORK, Nov 4 (Reuters) - U.S. money market fund assets fell by $29.3 billion to $3.31 trillion in the week ended Nov. 3, the Money Fund Report said on Wednesday.

Taxable money market fund assets fell by $26.6 billion to $2.9 trillion, while tax-free assets fell $2.7 billion to $412.2 billion, according to the report, published by iMoneyNet.

Yields on taxable money market funds remained at a record low of 0.04 percent for a second straight week, while tax-free and municipal fund yields held at an all-time low of 0.05 percent for the fourth week.
